1. Booking and Payments

  • 1.1 A booking is only fully secured once full payment of £150 per participant has been received and a confirmation email has been sent by the Organisers.

  • 1.2 All spaces are strictly capped at 20 participants per camp to maintain workshop safety and quality.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 2.1 All bookings are strictly non-refundable.

  • 2.2 If you need to cancel your child’s place for any reason (including illness, isolation, or personal scheduling conflicts), no cash or card refunds will be issued.

  • 2.3 In lieu of a refund, you will be issued a Credit Note for the full amount (£150). This credit note is fully transferable and can be redeemed against the next available holiday camp hosted by the Organisers (e.g., Autumn Half Term).

  • 2.4 In the highly unlikely event that the Organisers must cancel a camp due to venue issues or unforeseen emergencies, a full financial refund or a priority credit note will be offered.

3. Health, Safety, and Safeguarding

  • 3.1 Both co-hosts are fully Enhanced DBS checked, safeguarding trained, and hold valid certificates for working within the Children’s Workforce.

  • 3.2 A fully qualified First Aider will be on-site at all times during camp hours (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM).

  • 3.3 Emergency Contacts: Parents/Guardians must provide two valid emergency contact numbers and disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or learning/behavioral support needs on the booking form prior to Day 1.

4. Attendance, Clothing, and Logistics

  • 4.1 Timings: Drop-off begins no earlier than 9:45 AM. Sharp pick-up is required by 3:15 PM at the latest from Town Malling Cricket Club, unless we have had prior written confirmation that your child will be making their own way home.

  • 4.2 Clothing: We use industry-standard printmaking inks and paints. Stains may not wash out. Participants must wear old clothes they do not mind ruining. The Organisers accept no liability for damaged personal property or clothing.

  • 4.3 Hydration & Food: Unlimited water and squash will be provided during compulsory hydration breaks, alongside an ice-pop at the end of the day. Participants must bring their own packed lunch and a refillable drinks bottle.

5. Behaviour and Code of Conduct

  • 5.1 To ensure a high-energy, safe, and inclusive studio environment, respectful behaviour is required at all times.

  • 5.2 The Organisers reserve the right to exclude any participant whose behaviour consistently compromises the safety or enjoyment of the group. In this extreme scenario, no refund or credit note will be issued.
